Start your tour in the heart of Wellington's city center. Drive through Lambton Quay, one of the main shopping streets, and along the waterfront promenade, passing landmarks like the Beehive (Parliament Building) and the iconic Cable Car. Drive up to Mount Victoria Lookout for panoramic views of Wellington and its surrounding harbor. Take in the stunning vistas of the city, the harbor, and the distant hills. This is a great spot for photos.

Drive past Te Papa Tongarewa, the national museum of New Zealand. While a quick stop may not allow for a full exploration of the museum's extensive exhibits, it's worth driving by to see its distinctive architecture and waterfront location.
